I've had this a couple weeks now and have really enjoyed it. The included bands are pretty strong and when you use all 4 you can't even see the shot leaving the pouch (overpowered for short range imho). I cut the center two to reduce power and required draw strength. I have since switched to flat bands which also work well. I use 3/8 clay pellets. Included assembly instructions were bad, however the instructions included on the amazon page are suitable. Picture includes my stock extender, but not the fork grip i made.Issues that you should be aware of:~every screw will need loctite/threadlock on it. Not a big deal, but it will loosen up if you don't.~it is rather heavy being all-metal construction, worth it for durability but can add wrist strain~The shoulder stock is.... tiny. For anyone with a modicum of DIY ability, you can make an extender.~The step on the front fork is also tiny, i made a hand grip that allows me to cock it by hand~The round/tube bands occasionally pop out of socket, inconvenient for a quick second shot.Why give it 5 stars with those issues? because I've shopped around and was expecting much lower quality for under $200. All the machined holes and bits are accurate, the slide bearings and locks are decent, the trigger is of middling quality but fires consistently. The tiny stock and fork step don't make it unusable, just less user friendly for someone over 5'5". Using some sort of thread locking compound is just good practice when assembling something that holds a tensioned band in line with your face, so not a manufacturing fault in my opinion. The tubes popping out of socket is part of why i switched to flat bands, which work great for me. I don't have enough experience to know if that is a common issue for multi-band setups, but it was resolved easily enough with new bands that i would have had to buy eventually anyway.TL;DR Great quality for the price, If you are looking at cheaper options, this is the one.
